We lost a dear friend on Sunday, April 19th. Our foundation sire, Chili,
passed away from natural causes. He was with me until the end. He was 12 1/2
years old and is responsible for much of the excellent type and temperament
in his offspring. He is missed but not forgotten.

Here
are two great head studies of Fallhammer dogs taken by Chris at their home in
Boston. King, Jr, on the left and Nico (a female!) on the right. King Jr is
out of Soui and you can see this in his type which is as correct as it gets.
Nico, has an impressive headpiece like her grandfather, Herkules von Bruck.
I love both types. Great pics!

WATER SPORTS!
Speaking of water dogs, and not to be outdone by those owners
up North who have submitted snow pics, Keith in Florida has sent in some
great pics of Kane swimming in the family pool. This pup exercises in the
pool daily and I'm sure it's contributed to his great muscle tone.

is another impressive pic of Nala, taken by Billy and Jennifer in New Jersey.
She is a Gwen/King daughter and has just turned 17 months old. You really couldn't
ask for a better headpiece (including eyes, muzzle and earset). I've requested
more full body pics and will post as soon as they come in.
